must be returned in its original packaging
and without any damage. Used or damaged items
will not be accepted.

for defects or damage prior to shipment, it
is the buyer's responsibility to check the
product as well to make sure it is free of
any defect. All defects must be reported to
us via email within 3 days from the date you
receive the shipment. Claims for damage(s)
and or defect(s) will not be accepted after
the 3-day period expires.

Shipping
Policy
In The Bag commits to ship all orders
within 2-3 business days of purchase, Monday
to Friday, or according to availability of
the item. We offer shipping options via USPS.
USPS allows you to track the delivery of your
shipment online. Once your order has been
shipped, we cannot cancel your order. We do
not ship to P.O. Boxes or AFO/APO. Refused,
unclaimed, or undeliverable orders will be
charged a 20% re-stocking fee, in addition
to all applicable credit card fees and any
related fees.

Shipping
Cost
Shipping cost is determined by the weight
of your purchase and your location and will
be automatically added to your order. Please
note that the shipping cost added at the time
of check out is just an estimate and may be
adjusted +/- depending on the weight and your
location. You will be emailed a final confirmation
and tracking number once your order has been
shipped. Any changes to the cost of shipping
will be included on a final confirmation email.
